sand box.

i wish my town had one sand box, where i could dig deep and bury my ego, walked through the next junction and met you there.

or where both of us could left our footprints, separately, as strangers to each other, and had them erased -- repeatedly, maybe through a year or two -- while keep believing that eventually some sand attached under our pair of shoes would drop a hint about each other whereabout, hopefully there would be a crossed path.

we're not about to choose each other. we're gonna find each other. aren't we?

.

"I could have met you in a sandbox.
I could have passed you on the sidewalk.
Could I have missed my chance and watched you walk away?"
